About Foundation Chiropractic Clinic
Dr. Charles Mitzelfeld established Foundation Chiropractic Clinic in 1985 and has been serving the West Palm Beach community ever since. Dr. Chuck is an eighth generation native of Palm Beach County and he had a goal of starting his practice to help people in his hometown.

Foundation Chiropractic Clinic was established to help injured people from all walks of life. We are the chiropractor for the working class. We want to help the West Palm Beach and Juno Beach communities get well and stay well as quickly as possible!
